Can I speak to someone before I place an order?

Of course, in fact we encourage it before and after your purchase if needed. If you have any questions, queries or things you want to be sure of our team are more than happy to hear from you.

What happens after I have placed my order?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email from us to confirm the payment. The following working day one of our customer service team will contact you to confirm the details of the order and that the delivery address details are correct. Should you need to make any amendments to you order the team can also assist you on this call.
 
Please be rest assured, your order will still processed if we can not make contact with you to confirm the details. If any anomalies appear on your order we will do our best to contact you and confirm before proceeding.

Would you price match a product?

Our aim is to offer a great price for a great product. A price match may be considered in some instances, however the item would need to be a like for like product being displayed on-line. Price matching will not be considered against local stores and this is not a guaranteed request.

Do you take away the old mattress and base?

The Bed Supermarket offers a Mattress Collection & Recycling service which is a convenient way to dispose of your old beds or mattresses while also helping to reduce landfill waste.
 
Once the order has been confirmed we will start to make the necessary arrangements for your collection. You will receive a 3 hour time slot via SMS the day before the collection.

If you place an order for a new mattress with us we will ensure your new items are delivered prior to your old mattress being taken away. 

When will my order be delivered?

After you have placed your order, one of our customer care team will contact you the following day to confirm the details of your order including the items selected, delivery address and contact number. Please see our Free Delivery Terms page for the estimated working lead times. Our courier will message you the day before to confirm a delivery date and you will be called by the delivery team 30 minutes before your delivery.

What if I have ordered the wrong item?

Not to worry, you can contact us via e-mail or telephone and one of the customer care team will amend the order.

Is the bed assembled on delivery / how easy is assembly?

We do not offer an assembly service however all of our products are pre-assembled for your convenience. None of our products should take more than 10 minutes to put together and instructions are provided with our customer service team on hand to assist you if you need some help.

Do you have a showroom?

Unfortunately not, we are solely on-line. We aim to give a detailed description of all of our products to ensure you know exactly what you are purchasing.

Can I pay for the product when it arrives?

All items need to be paid for in full before items are put in to production. All products include delivery and at no point should you be asked for further payment when your product arrives.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days to return an item free of charge, subject to the item not being used or assembled. Please note, if you wish to inspect a mattress, please ensure the protective outer plastic packaging is not removed, as this may affect your right to return due to health and hygiene reasons. Any product that is made to order/customised cannot be returned unless faulty.
